Customer service internet issues
My internet has been down for two days how do I speak to an actual CS rep? I have exhausted all of the other options and have spent hours getting nowhere. I tried the AI assistance it gave up after running a few service tests, i also chatted with allegedly a live CS agent. But she seemed more interested in up selling me on services and trying to offer me a free cell phone than fixing my internet. After an hour she gave up and gave me a number to call i called the number another automated service it suggested i schedule a service technician to visit and said it would text me a link to schedulethe time. I have called four times and i have received no text message. How do i speak to an actual person this customer service is worse than a government website.
