Customer service horrible

Customer service is horrBile, hard to get a human, all foreign countries hard accent, can’t understand, don’t want apply credits for service interruptions missaplied fees, surprise price increases, billing errors or corrections are not made constantly. Can not access or read bill to see charges, deception of customers, when ask for credit refund they say they are applying it and it is not applied so lying to customers bad training of customer service agents worst service of any company I pay money too can not explain charges

To address a few items, we do supply information on price increases before they appear on your bill, in advance. This goes for normal rate increases as well as promotional rates expiring.  In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history
