Customer Service email address

I received an email from a Comcast Experience staff member requesting feedback about a recent negative experience that I encountered. The email states "Please feel free to respond directly to this email with any additional details on how we might be able to improve your overall experience."

I replied and the email bounced..."Message could not be sent to the following recipients: [[Edited: "Personal Information"] <noreply@app.medallia.com>] (550 - 550 5.1.1 <noreply@app.medallia.com> Domain not found (no SOA/NS), check spelling)....what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just finished typing an email and pressed send to the person who asked to me to directly respond to this email.

I'd like to send this email to someone on the Customer Experience team, better yet, someone whose email address is legit...help!

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
