Both Xfinity and T-Mobile down at the same time in our area, did you guys [Edited: "Language"] plan this????  Hard to get paid today, [Edited: "Language"] both of you!

As a person who also works from home, I definitely understand how frustrating it is to miss work regarding not having a internet connection, which I do apologize for. I do understand that you did work, which unfortunately we would not be able to credit for any lost work, what we can credit is the time that you were not able to utilize your services.-Richard
