Customer Service Does Not exist

Xfinity has created a terrific block for any and all customer service calls.  I have an issue which I would like to report to security.  I have not been able to get through after many calls and after pressing the correct keys.  It is a very efficient circle.  Nothing works.   If the goal was to deliver zero support for for customers, I would say it is highly efficient.   While other carriers are trying to do some of the same, I have been investigating alternatives.

I see on the forum as I signed in there are more than 12,500 posts under customer service.  I see 9 posts under compliments.  Certainly sums up the situation.

I appreciate the offer of help though I have now opted to submit to [Edited: "Personal Information"].  Nonetheless as all companies move to DIY help and shut down access with only a chat bot with limited and canned answers or instructions to “go to our website” and scroll through hundreds of problems, complaints will be louder and more frequent.  No one really wants to make that call to a provider in the first place, but usually the issue is complex and difficult to understand never mind resolve.

For your information, the COMPLIMENTS was started a few months ago. The forum has been going for over 15 years.
