Customer service call center interaction and lack of notes

Hello,

I have spent 8 hours talking and explaining my issues for more than 6 call center employees over 6 daysl.  8 hours plus on hold.  Here are the most recent employee numbers 302627, 1023606, 8246, bp-rlaloy.  Please review their notes.

Hi  Jorge,

Hello,

I tried to call a few times and have left a msg but no response.  Also, a new issue for a credit to my account for DVR and missing Channel for about 1 month of April/May 2026.  Assumption based on my DVR recordings its about $10-20 a day for unable to view tv shows using your 2.99 per show costs.  $600 credit for this would be a good negotiation start.  Lets talk, Tiffany and Amica in your Philadelphia office have my contact information.  Thanks.
