Customer Service and Troubleshooting

First and foremost, I have had my fair share of time a little aggravated with Xfinity/Comcast, that's no secret. I have used them on and off for 10+ years ever since I moved from NJ to SC. However, credit must be given where credit is due and I must say that Kia ('yes, like the car', she said) was the one person who has ever stood out to me in a way I wasn't expecting but was so VERY pleasantly surprised with. I don't write reviews often, but I have to let it be known that Kia went way past above and beyond. Her attitude was cordial and patient. She stayed on the phone with me and guided me through step by step in a way where I comprehended everything. Though at the end it was a pretty simple troubleshoot, the experience was fortunately one I'm going to have to say WELL DONE KIA and XFINITY. Thanks for showing the other side and I hope I continue to have more experiences through Xfinity like this.😎👏🏼
