Customer call back option

Use to be able to pull up a site where I would enter my phone number to get a call back being you're on hold forever and never get a person on the line. What is that link/site?

We definitely understand wanting to avoid sitting on hold forever. Unfortunately, some of the older direct callback pages have changed over time and are now mostly routed through the support assistant experience instead of a standalone callback form.

The easiest way currently to request support or connect with an agent is through the Xfinity Assistant on the Xfinity website or through the Xfinity app. Depending on the issue and agent availability, it may offer messaging, scheduling, or callback options.

You can access it here:
https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/

Honestly, you were not imagining things though. There used to be more direct callback request pages floating around, but a lot of that has been consolidated into the assistant system now.

Unfortunately, the assistant does not help either like chatting with a robot. That option helped me allot and Xfinity raising prices every month makes it awful for us customers to get help in lowering our plans. I have been with Comcast since the early 2000s and every year it becomes very hard to get a real person on the phone or chat assistant. And that link you added does NOT do anything. Xfinity customer service is awful.
