Current down line

We reported a down line last week and someone came out over the weekend.  How will I know when they are going to come out and fix it?  We can't get in our driveway.

I did exactly as instructed and the reply I i got was to create a public post and contacting them directly was a violation of the forum rules. 

Today, 3 weeks after the storm and having our driveway blocked by this low hanging line with branches on it, a lineman came out, looked and said someone needs to clear the branches first and left.  It's not even our line.  Its the main line to the whole community. I sure hope no one gets hurt.
