Credit Check

My credit came back as 0 when my credit score is 804 on Experian. I unfrozen my credit on Experian and Xfinity ran it again. It came back 0 and they said they don't go through Experian, Equifax, or Trans Union but they run it through themselves so all new customers have 0 credit for financing a phone. I was then rushed out of the store when I was trying to spend money at Xfinity Chehalis, WA store because it was 6 and time to close. I have never had a worse impression of a company ever!! I am going to return all my [Edited: "Profanity"] if someone doesn't get back to me immediately.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
