Created a ticket that Xfinity isn’t in the system

I created a second ticket for the same issue last night after my first one apparently never registered? Went to check the second ticket this morning and the system is still saying that I don’t have any support tickets open under my account.

I’m the only user profile on my Xfinity and I did the ticket submission through the app and honestly I’m just frustrated. There’s a downed wire in my yard and I can’t do anything about it.

@user_cvaeb7 Thank you for working with us. After you were able to take a second look, you determined the cable actually belonged to Verizon and were advised the best solution would be to contact them directly.

In the event you need assistance from us again, please create a new post. We hope you have a great day and take care.

Hello @user_cvaeb7 sorry for the delays in getting that downed line raised in your yard. I will assist you in getting this resolved. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section.
