how do i file a complaint against the xfinity store i was told i was eligible for free watches the employee did not inform me about the 10.00 cellular charge
i went to return my watches and the have been giving me the run around and have my watches :( i have reached out to the manager with no help and i contacted customer service and they stated they have not escalated anything please help
