Coverting Overhead Service to Underground

What department either # or email do I need to contact to have my overhead service converted to underground?

I have been attempting for a months to get my current service line buried. The service line is on a utility pole on my property which is to be removed. All other services have been removed from the pole in a timely fashion and with little effort. I have however called Xfinity customer service on multiple occasions and even had a technician out once (though the ticket they had opened was incorrect and he wasn't able to do what was required). Each time I am told someone will follow up to schedule and then do not hear anything.

All I need is for the wire servicing my home to be converted to that which can be buried and connected at the utility pole running along the street. However getting this done apparently is an impossible task.

This does not work either. All I get is an option to start the texting merry-go-round again. The "New message" (pencil and paper) icon is blocked out and will not let me enter any information!

I sent my name and address to a chat person? Vidhi? Who said he would schedule a technician to move our service underground. I wonder if, when, it will happen.
