Countless hours wasted trying to get billed for what I agreed to
I just spent 2 1/2 hours being bounced from department to department and they disconnected me. I agreed to a package on January 6th. It should have been $215.95. Last bill was $307, next month is $237 and it shows March will be $273. This was my 3rd call this month!
Billing sends me to Customer Retention who send me to Customer Security who sends me to Billing again who then transfers me to A Loyalty Department.
I want to speak with someone who can actually do something about this issue.
