Couldn't afford deceased husbands acct
My husband passed away in 3/2025. I, during mourning and out of obligation, accepted his acct but did not know it was $600ish. I advised your customer service that there was no way I could assume that bill. Customer service got it down to $408 which was still too high. I turned it off and returned all the equipment associated with the account. Now, I am getting collection notices. What can be done?
