Cost to run lines?

We’re in the market to move and the home we’re interested in doesn’t currently have xfinity internet. Is it possible to run cable? How much does it cost to run lines to a new address?

You will need to contact Xfinity for this.  If there is a place to run cable from, you will pay the standard install to have the cable run to your home.  If there is no junction box nearby, they will tel you how much it will cost to put one near your home.  If you use the online tool to check for xfinity internet at the new address, and it says it is available, just schedule a visit.  They will run cable, install the new modem, and check to make sure it is working okay.  If that is the case, you will pay the standard technician install visit fee for that market, and an activation fee for activating the modem.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
