Corporate, where are you?
You used to be able to contact someone in the Philly office regarding customer service (or the glaring lack thereof). This option seems no longer available. I have spent HOURS going round & round with "agents" in chat, using the phone is useless because I cannot understand what they are saying and I spend the bulk of time on hold, still getting nowhere. I am so close to just jumping the xfinity ship forever due to overwhelming frustration to get what I pay an outrageous amount of money for each month. Does anyone have any info on email to corporate? Please and thank you.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
