Controlling & changing 6our package as they pleased
Omg, This company shouldn't even exist so lucky that we're I live is the only one we can use for now, I call so many time chat for hr an they said they fix my issues an is a lie. I can't believe how many customers they have an always act like they're poor. I been having issue with service an bill for the past 8yrs on an off unreal. 1st they change speeds wen ever they pleased an 2nd I don't understand how can they make a bill on the 8th of each month but is due on the 15 so I never had understand that. Plus they play with the Hotspot like is a joke 1,000 people near me who has Comcast because like I said in this town only one we can get is xfinity an you go outside an is so hard to use it only thing I have to say is the more you guys keep controlling us an minding of your own business you will get more law sue every yr. Good luck
