Contact from Comcast

I have been receiving voice mail messages from a man calling himself Gill [Edited: "Personal Information"] (I don't know if that spelling is correct).  He claims to be calling from "Comcast Corporate Escalation."  He requests that I return his call at [Edited: "Personal Information"].  When I call that number, I am put into the voice mail of a woman calling herself Fusia saying that she is at the Comcast Executive Office.  When I try to leave a voice mail, I get a message that the mailbox is full.  

I am not sure if these are some type of spam calls or if they are legitimate.  If they are legitimate, could you please ask Gill [Edited: "Personal Information"] to contact me by email at [Edited: "Personal Information"], so that we won't keep playing telephone tag.
