Contact a Corporate or Regional representative!

Good morning,

I have been trying to follow the proper procedures to call in, open tickets, and visit area stores, but I haven't had any success, so now I need to seek help on this channel. 

  1. We have a Community with 15-16 lawn pedestals that need to be fixed or replaced. Who do I contact?
  2. My experience today at a "corporate" store was completely unprofessional, and I need to file a complaint based on the experience.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
