Construction work order - ice storm damage
Please provide an update on the construction work order for my account. The lines on my road were severely damaged from an ice storm in January and have yet to be addressed!!!
Apparently my latest ticket was closed but no action has been taken.
The only reason I have internet service now at my residence is because I am the first house on the road and our line is in tact but very low hanging. There are low hanging lines and missing lines down my entire road.
The only thing I know to do at this point is to change service providers like my neighbors have done and contact our parish to deal with xfinity and your low hanging, dangerous lines which are a gross eye sore.

Greetings @user_rdidrj,
I almost forgot the south had a pretty rough winter this year! Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @user_rdidrj. Our team can certainly take a closer look to see why the work has been completed, and make sure the ball gets rolling. We'll need some additional information to get started. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and service address.
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
