Construction update
My service to my house currently comes in overhead and the cable will be interfering with the construction of a new deck.
I reached out to Xfinity and a technician came to the house to survey the issue. A new cable was pulled through a conduit I had put in. The issue now is getter the cable to the other side
of the street to connect to the new cable. The technician said he requested a pole to be installed and that Xfinity may participate or pay for the entire cost of the 15-20’ pole that will need to be installed to allow service to continue.
No one from Xfinity has followed up. How can I get an update?
