Hi there, @user_ga6m6i! Typically, poles are owned and maintained by utility companies like electric or phone companies. I would recommend starting with those entities to find out how their services are delivered. Whether underground or aerial to see what direction to go. As far as service requests, we would handle those individually with customer's looking to sign up.
