Construction team

I've been trying to get answers with no success. Only constant phone transfers and wait times that start at 10 min and after ten min increase to 40. I'm moving houses and the house I'm moving into doesn't have xfinity. I'm trying to figure out what it would take to get service out there.

It’s been escalated to an Official Employee to help you set up a site survey. How far do you think you are from existing services ?

Hi @Dchandle79

We’re excited that you are interested in Xfinity Service and understand you may have questions on how we determine serviceability and what steps may be involved to get you set up with service.

A few factors help us determine whether you are eligible to receive Xfinity services at your home. Here are some reasons you may not be eligible:

  • You live within a state/county/zip code that is not serviced by Comcast
  • Your home is too far from our physical network
  • Your neighborhood or development already has an exclusive agreement with another service provider

If you can private message (do not post personal information publicly) me your address we can take a look at the status of your inquiry.

To send a private message to the employee click the "ComcastJonathan" user-id at the top-left corner of their message to reach their profile page, and then click the "Send a message" button to the right of the employee's user-id on that page.
