CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT

I'm working with the Owner of the property at [Edit: "Personal Information"]. Does Comcast Xfinity service this area in the Village of Berrien Springs? They've been told that there is an Xfinity line attached to the power pole on their property. They would like to get this wire removed from the pole.

I can, but the owner doesn't really have the time to go through the process to 'sign up', 'sign in', etc. That is why I was designated to do the footwork for him. Is there an email address and a reference number that I can email his information (phone, address, name) to and someone can call him?
