Construction & Engineering Department Contact
hello,
I am reaching out on behalf of the City of San Francisco Public Works regarding a Comcast wire attached to an abandoned pole within our work area. We are planning to remove this pole, but cannot proceed until Comcast’s wire has been removed.
Could you please assist us by connecting us with the appropriate department responsible for this matter or by providing their contact information?
The project does not have a physical address; however, the closest location to the abandoned pole is 670 Clarendon Ave, San Francisco, CA 94131.
Thanks,

Hey there, @Oday-almaqousi, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the wire attached to the pole. I would be happy to get a ticket submitted for this issue to our local team to get the wire addressed. Can you please send us a Direct Message with your full name and the address of the wire?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
