construction dept direct

I need to contact the construction Dept because we having an addition (currently under construction) onto our home and we need to have a new line from the green box to the addition.

The line to the existing home was installed in 1987 and has not been updated.  So we knew a new line to the addition with updated cable....Perfect time to do it as the yard is a mess and access to addition is easy.  Additionally we are NOT getting the speed or bandwidth that we are paying for, no doubt due to the existing cable being installed 38 years ago with no update.

So I need to speak with someone in the Construction dept to determine HOW to make this happen, AND how much notice to Xfinity is needed.

So, How do I contact the Construction dept directly?
