constant outages in Spokane WA

Dear Xfinity Customer Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding the constant outages in my area. As someone who works from home, a reliable internet connection is crucial for my productivity and professional responsibilities.

Over the past few weeks, I have experienced numerous disruptions that have significantly impacted my work. These outages have not only caused delays but also affected my ability to meet deadlines and attend important virtual meetings. The inconsistency of the service is unacceptable, especially considering the importance of stable internet for remote work.

I urge you to investigate and resolve this issue promptly. I rely on your service for my livelihood, and the current situation is untenable. Please provide an update on the steps being taken to address this problem and ensure a stable connection moving forward.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

there have been several scheduled maintenace outages all over the city. Are you certain you simply aren't getting those emails or they're in your spam folder?
