Conplaint

Service went out 6/17called assistant, went to Xfinity 6/18 received a new modem. I was told earliest service would be 6/22.  On 6/22 I called Xfinity and they said no service was scheduled.  Now I have to wait till 6/27.  Who dropped the ball?.  Went back to Xfinity office to complain.  I was told there they have no connection to the online Xfinity and no connection to Xfinity repair.  I went on to the repair shop and on their door was a sign that if I needed help to go to the Xfinity office.  All nice people, but terrible service
