You've contacted the right place for support, and working from home myself I completely understand the importance of having your home network running optimally. I'm not sure if you have checked this helpful information we have pinned in the forums tips, it has some internet troubleshooting tips and you can see where your equipment signals should be running:

The Xfinity App is also a great place to run some troubleshooting when your having service issues, the syste will run some steps to determine if it can detect any issues and remotely fix them. If unsucessful it typically will recommend scheduling a technician visit. The App as well as the status center:
