Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Did you just purchase a new modem or router to use with your Xfinity Wi-Fi service, or is this something different? Any details you can provide would be helpful.

@user_07kgh2 Thank you for adding a comment to the thread. Please check out https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi for assistance with the Wi-Fi Now. There is an option to reach out for support. Wi-Fi Now is supported by the Xfinity Assistant.
