Confirmation of Xfinity Internet service cancellation

I scheduled to cancel my Xfinity Internet service in a few days as I will no longer require it. 

I spoke to an Xfinity service representative who helped to cancel my service and stated that I should receive a confirmation email regarding my cancellation and a refund for the days after cancellation as they are to be paid through auto pay. 

However, I did not receive any verification of cancellation. Is there a way to verify and ensure that my service was indeed cancelled. Thank you.

user_1gmtib Thank you so much for your post for help with confirming the status of your disconnect request. Depending on how the disconnect was processed, you may not receive a confirmation email. Most of the time this is for disconnects that are done the same day and not scheduled for a future date or disconnects in the near future. If processed on the same date, your Xfinity app should reflect your account status when you log in under the account tab. It can take some time to process the last bill with prorated adjustments up to 10 days from the disconnect date. You may also see a message if trying to view specific options in your account, that you have a pending order. This would indicate your disconnect is still pending.
