Confirmation email reuired for disconnected services
I canceled my Xfinity services yesterday but never received a confirmation email. All of my services still appear active online, and there’s no indication or proof that the cancellation went through. I’ve requested to speak with a supervisor several times, but the representative has hung up on me each time. I need a proof via email.
