Confirm your mobile number is correct

Not sure why I keep getting this email, see attached i.e   Confirm your mobile number is correct, We recently sent you a text message but unfortunately it was not delivered.

ie. We were not able to reach you via text.

My phone number on file is correct. 
When I try to CONFIRM the return 'Verify your identity' code does not reach me????  
Please advise?

Question was not answer.  The problem may be related to the Canadian phone number????

If you have a Canadian phone number it will not work for authentication. It would need to be a US number. Do you have a US number you can put on file?

Unfortunately for authentication purposes and texting through us, it would need to be a US number. We can remove the number from your account and do email only if you'd like to stop the notifications.
