Condemned equipment pole

The pole in our yard, that holds your equipment, has been condemned. In order for Entergy to remove it, all equipment must be removed. We have tried calling Comcast/Xfinity twice, with no help in getting a ticket made for your equipment to be removed. What number or who should we call?
