Thank you, XfinityDilary

But over the past four months, I’ve had many interactions with xFinity's so-called "Customer Service", and now I would like to raise my concerns with upper management.

I can share my complaint in here if you promise to deliver it to your management at
One Comcast Center
1701 John F. Kennedy Blvd.

lt62. We can definitely share your feedback with our management team. Does this involve a concern with an employee?

In December 2025 I let xfinity know that we were canceling the land line and changing over to a Tmobil account using our old landline number.  On Jan1, the tmobil phone was activated.  We unplugged the landline  phone and threw it away.  December bill shows landline with correct number May bill hasn't got the land line on it all.       Then it had it on the bills after that but I can not bring up the itemized bills for those months.  I called several times to tell them we no longer had the landline.  I called last month and they evidently took it off but claim it was just disconnected in July.  The newest bill still has it on and the number it shows is not the right number and when I dialed it, it is not even a working number.  When I tried to get help today the person I talked to try to tell me that its just a fictional number to show me what I am paying for.  If thats true why is the correct number on the old bills?  My husband and I are on a fixed income, we can not afford to be paying for something we don't even have.  The Television is really our only source of entertainment since he he is disabled and I am sure the $40 a month we are paying extra means alot more to us than to Comcast.

thank you,

Hello @user_6f60av, and thank you for sharing these details here on our Xfinity Community forums.

I can certainly understand why this situation would be concerning, especially after multiple attempts to have the phone service removed and with the added impact of being charged for a service you believe was disconnected months ago. When you're on a fixed income, it's important that your bill accurately reflects the services you actually have.

We'd like the opportunity to take a closer look at the billing history, service changes, and the phone line information on the account. Please send us a Direct Message* with your full name and service address, and we'll review this further for you.

Our team can investigate the timeline of the phone service removal, and verify the charges. We look forward to working with you to get this reviewed.

How to Send Us a Direct Message*:
(*Note: Never send a direct message to us unless requested by us.)

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
