COMPLAINT

i want to file a complaint regarding extremely poor customer service that Xfinity provides.  The representatives off shore don't understand, they can't explain anything and they continue to transfer you when they don't want to be bother.  Loyalty mean s nothing and I want to express my frustration on being in the chat for over two hours without a resolution.
