Complaint

I been using XFINITY for 13 years and the last year has been the worse,every month my wi-fi, bill goes higher and higher,my bill is supposed to be every month $65.00 dollars,they will tell me my bill is 100.00 dollars and sometimes 80 dollars this is every month,I called to pay my bill and I was told that it was 65.00 dollars but the guy took my payment and charged me 80.00 every day for two weeks,they will always say don’t worry your money will be in your bank account in 24 hours,I keep calling every day and I am always told not to worry your money will be in your bank account in 24 hours,this I was told for two weeks,then I called several times to ask to speak to a administrator,I was told that there is no administrator,I had never heard of that before,than they told me that they could transfer me to a supervisor,which is always another co-worker.I want to be reimbursed back my 16.00 to my bank account.and there is no way to report the guy that did that to me,so this company plays a lot of games,so now I will be filing a lawsuit.this company is the worse,so next month I will discontinue my service and get another wi fi company .
