Just wondering how a company that does billions of dollars in business every year, can't provide their customers with a bathroom.

Today I had the wonderful experience of waiting an unacceptable length of time at a Comcast store, during the wait I watched as old ladies with walkers asked to use the bathroom (keep in mind it took them about 5 to 10 minutes just to get out of car and in the store), the front desk worker pointed out the window to a clothing store (almost a block away).

Corporate should be ashamed of themselves!

How does corporate look themselves in the mirror at night and then try and go to sleep?
