COME FIX YOUR MESS

Pictured is a perfect representation of the type of service Xfinity provides. A half ass, unfinished, intrusive job. After our half a dozen tickets were neglected late last year about having our internet tap busted, Xfinity half fixed the problem by connected an orange wire to a neighbors tap and called it good. When we asked to have it dug up or fixed, we were completely neglected by service people on the phone who sent out incompetent technicians. Now, randomly, they sent a technician yesterday unprompted who DUG A HOLE IN THE GROUND, KILLED OUR INTERNET, AND LEFT IT WITH WIRES ALL OVER THE PLACE. I don’t know how this is acceptable in any capacity, but this needs to be resolved ASAP by a technician who actually knows what they are doing. An actual safety hazard that should be escalated immediately. Completely unacceptable!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
