Anyone else have issues getting response from this website. Xfinity refers to this on their seasonal or vacation hold page. Not easy to report this to Xfinity thru online and chat. Surprised Xfinity not aware this site not responding.

@user_7wavj7 I believe that is the old url. Try xfinity.com/seasonal

Yes but when you go to xfinity/seasonal  you then presented with screen that you click on Enroll and it directs you to comcastseasonal.com and then no response

The website is loading for me after signing in and clicking enroll. Can you please clear your cache and cookies and try again? Possibly try a different web browser if that does not work.

Have cleared cache etc. Tried multiple browsers and different devices. Keep seeing connection timeouts. Can you try from an device external from xfinity network such as a customer would come from?  I have tried from multiple xfinity customer physical locations.

I have tried it on both my personal computer and my phone and both are working as intended. Not seeing any timeout issues or anything listed on our outage report for the site.
