Anyone else have issues getting response from this website. Xfinity refers to this on their seasonal or vacation hold page. Not easy to report this to Xfinity thru online and chat. Surprised Xfinity not aware this site not responding.

@user_7wavj7 I believe that is the old url. Try xfinity.com/seasonal

Yes but when you go to xfinity/seasonal  you then presented with screen that you click on Enroll and it directs you to comcastseasonal.com and then no response

The website is loading for me after signing in and clicking enroll. Can you please clear your cache and cookies and try again? Possibly try a different web browser if that does not work.

Have cleared cache etc. Tried multiple browsers and different devices. Keep seeing connection timeouts. Can you try from an device external from xfinity network such as a customer would come from?  I have tried from multiple xfinity customer physical locations.

I have tried it on both my personal computer and my phone and both are working as intended. Not seeing any timeout issues or anything listed on our outage report for the site.

@XfinityMatthew​ the error actually getting is that comcastseasonal.com is refusing connection.  I am logged in with my xfinity id.  Guess I will have to call to get this to work.  Just hate to be on the phone for 30 minutes.  I might just do an appointment at Xfinity store.  I have tried multiple home xfinity locations and five different devices with same issues.  Crazy

@Again​ Existing customer.  And I am on the home network.  Have been able to do this for past few years.  Just not this year.  Browser returns "comcastseasonal.com refused to connect"

I am sorry to hear you are running into issues there. Right now I am not seeing any known issues with that http://www.xfinity.com/seasonal site. When you access that are you getting an error message or is the page just not loading.

The initial seasonal site is not the problem.  It is after login that it redirects once you click on "Enroll", it says "comcastseasonal.com" is refusing connection.

natman1 That is definitely an odd error to run into. Our team would be happy to see if we are able to assist you with setting up the seasonal hold and save you a trip or a call. :) Just send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started. 

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
