comcast.net not a valid (.net is not a valid site address on certain legitiment business sites)
This has happened to me a few times now. Today I was attempting to file a reimbursement claim with Cigna Insurance and when asked to enter my email address the site responded with "please enter a valid email address". I ended up using my business email which ends with ".com" and it took that address. Is there a ".com" version of my Comcast email I can use or is there a work around? Thanks for your help.

Hello there @user_mvvicx ! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community Forums! Your XFINITY email address will only work as .net. There is no alternate .com version, i'm afraid. It is odd that it was not accepted as valid as .net is very, very common. I am glad you were able to use your business address, but I would recommend inquiring with Cigna on the situation. Perhaps there was another issue that caused it to not be accepted. Thanks!

I’ve had the exact issue, three times now- with Sirius xm, viking cruise lines and one other. We recently disconnected our xfinity cable but kept the internet. I wonder if it’s xfinity trying to harass us for that! I had to use my gmail acct in all instances.
