Comcast (Xfinity) Ideas About Serving Customers is a Failure
We have been Xfinity internet customers for eight (8) long years of their constant games. And we got a new phone and added Xfinity Mobile two (2) years ago.
Every year, they force you to negociate as they try to squeeze money from you while offering new customers the sweet deals. This time, they decided to not play and their best offer to continue with their silly approach to create loyalty was an offer that would increase our bill by 70%. I guess they think I'm bluffing.
We closed Xfinity Mobile yesterday and ported the number to Tello. Next week, I will sign up with T Mobile Home Internet that gets great reviews. There is a 5g tower about .2 of a mile with direct line of sight, so the signal should be excellent.
Comcast can pound sand and as we leave their poor approach to their best customers behind.
Goodbye and you will need much luck.

I am a 25 year loyal customer and cannot get simple tasks addressed. Reaching anyone via phone requires going through a ridiculously difficult phone tree to eventually be directed to someone with a huge language barrier. We are over it as well. We disconnected our mobile and will be doing the same with the remaining accounts.
