Comcast Utility Box relocation
I will start new construction and I will build driveway for my new house. There is comcast utility box. It prevents to build driveway. Comcast box should be relocated. I called comcast/xfinity company at least 20 times and I talked with at least 20 customer support but I could not reach engineering or building department. How can I reach them. Do you know phone number of Comcast Construction department. Comcast customer support is so terrible

Hey @user_z9hoqo, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. There isn't a construction department they are local teams. However, when we submit the request it is a ticket and the local team will contact you. If you can send us a direct message, I can look up the status of the request.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
