Comcast Trashed My Yard and Removed My Sprinkler Head And Did NOT Tell Me!!!

My underground sprinkler system was damaged by your crew and my lawn grass now has a huge dead patch next to the work site.  I need a date when your investigation team will be showing up on the two tickets I have open [Edited: Personal Information].

"In a few days" does NOT cut it!!!

A couple of updates to make to my two tickets after talking to my next door neighbor who observed the Laurel & Hardy'esq antics of your work crew that was out here to bury cable.  They left some huge digging or pipe pulling machine idling hot on my lawn... thus why the grass on that huge chunk of my lawn is now DEAD.  As stated earlier, I want to use my own landscaping company to fix this and the other random holes around my yard that they made along with my irrigation company to fix what your crew mangled up on my irrigation system.  If your damage impact team is hell bent on replacing the damaged grass and pot holes themselves, I will ONLY sign off in the work if they use quality kentucky blue grass sod.  Period.

They broke my window and I filed a claim. It has gotten me nowhere. [Edited: "Solicitation"] This company is a nightmare!

One Thought: If this worked was subbed out, maybe you should get a different contracting company that won't create a huge wave of damage and mess in their wake that you all have to deal with on the back end?  That great, low contacting rate you are paying isn't so great in the aftermath now, is it? Food for thought!

We’re talking about Xfinity doing damage. No 3rd party work or subcontractors. lol it’s Xfinity having a broken process for damage claims their company caused. It’s a class action lawsuit in the making!

They trenched my yard to provide service to my neighbor and now my lawn looks horrible! My neighbor submits a claim on my behalf and they close it without doing anything. Xfinity is the absolute worst!
