Comcast Support: Free Peacock

I am eligible for the free Peacock, and my account indicates that my free subscription is activated. However, when I attempt to log in to Peacock, I am redirected to a paid subscription screen. I cannot log in. I called Comcast months ago, and the service representative could not figure out what was going wrong. They escalated my issue, and told me that I would hear back in 1-2 days. I never heard back from anyone. Today I again attempted all of the steps I tried in the past without success.

Hey @Tls-1974, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Since it is showing that the offer is active, it may be under a different email. Is there any other emails that it could be activated on? If you can send us a direct message, I can also check on the previous conversation and what happened. 

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Still no resolution. 
Xfinity is “working on the problem” again. But it has been yet another week without access to my free Peacock subscription. 
I guess Xfinity will wait until my free subscription expires instead of resolving the problem.
