Comcast Service by far the worst in the insdustry!
By far Comcast service has reached all time industry standard lows. "[Edited: "Personal Information"]" [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. The amount of false guarantees and promises left by comcast support staff to make you feel like support or help is coming when its not, you contact them back and they ask the same questions over, you get a support ticket and you get whats your problem?. My simple situation was upgrading to a faster speed, I was charged for someone to come on site and fix some issue not explained to me after support say "I assure you your not going to pay for that service". Now I have spent over 4 hours with 8 people asking me whats going on? Even after one supervisor agreeing I will recieve something. Oh and dont let me forget about the random disconnection of the chat, seems to happen at the most ideal time when the negotiation is almost final, this hapend over 4 times.
Comcast you should be ashamed of your self, over 15 years of being a customer. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_knowex. I am very sorry to hear of your experience, and I would be happy to look into any account or service issue for you. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

How do I file a complaint over exceptionally poor customer service, TV programming plan changes, and now a bill that's far over what I was paying before [Edited: "Language"]?
