Comcast junction box

I need someone to come out to my house to discuss the junction box that I believe is cause an issue with my driveway. It either needs to be moved or raised up.

Hello @user_a312tv, Thank you for taking the time out of your day and leaving a post. Hope you are having a great weekend. The junction box that you are referring to is it attached to the house, or are you referring to the pedestal box in the yard? Are there wires hanging out of the box?

@XfinityMarshante​ it is at the top of my driveway, it’s a green box probably 2 ft by 1.5 ft, inside it has wires and Comcast tags on them.

How do I send a direct message instead of on a forum?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
