Comcast is bouncing List Users who have .comcast.net emails

We are having difficulties with our Church mailing list being bounced by COMCAST when we send emails to our members who have XXXXX. comcast.net email addresses. They were working find last Tuesday, 21 June 2026, but now are being bounced.  There were no issues prior to last Tuesday. Our provider is HostPapa.

Hi there, @user_287iw6. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. The bounceback messages should contain information on why they failed to go through. Can you check and let us know the error message and any codes?

@XfinityFrank

Is there a way I can send this privately as it contains members email addresses?

@user_287iw6, I would only need the error message and code itself, not the entire message with any addresses. However, if you feel more comfortable,

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

1-Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

3-Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.

4-In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".

5-As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6-An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

7-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8-Press Enter to send it.

How to: Direct messaging within the forum

I have sent the top part of the bounce message.  The received from part will not send through direct messaging.
