COMCAST EMPLOYEE COMPLIMENT

I called Comcast's Loyalty Department on Thursday, 12/16/2021, {Edited} whom works for the Western division, handled my call. I wanted to let his supervisor along with those personnel in upper management to know that he was pleasant (great customer service), came across as honest or trustworthy or believable, fulfilled my request and took care of the reason why I was calling ie his performance was excellent!

I just wanted to leave a compliment for an employee at the Xfinity division in Kokomo Indiana. His name is Dave, and he is beyond AWESOME! I kid you not! He is fast, super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. There are two other employees I have personally dealt with, who also fit that description, but I can't remember their names. I try not to go in too often. But if you are ever in the Xfinity division in Kokomo Indiana, you will do yourself a good turn by requesting Dave if he is available.

@user_bee9e1 Hi there! Thanks for the lovely feedback. I'm so happy Chris was able to help. I would really like to pass this along. Please send us a private message with your full name and service address.

To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:

  •    Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
  •    Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/38twEam
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.
  •       Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  •   Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter or tap the >icon to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.
